Cargo Connexion was founded late 1993 out of Dutch - Finnish Joint venture and started it's operations in Lovisa, Finland from early 1994 under the name Oosterom & Zoon Finland Oy. In 2005 the joint venture came to an end (amicably) and the name of the company was changed to Cargo Connexion Oy
Today, Cargo Connexion Oy, is a 100% daughter company of Container Finance Ltd Oy (Containerships Group) with its head office in Helsinki.
Containerships Group is a well established family-owned, Finnish company. Under the group activities you will find, Vessel operations in the Balticīs and Europe as well as Mediterranean, Container Ports, Container Depots, Warehouses and other related services.
Our group strenght is warehousing and forwarding.
Cargo Connexion today operates over 10.500 m2 of inside warehousing facilities, in Loviisa, on a total area of almost 3,0 Ha. Connected by waterway, railway and direct links to the major highway connecting to Russia, it makes an excellent point of choice to start a fruitful co-operation.
